The next slides are a sample of the feedback provided by the learners in regards to the ILT. When all of the feedback was analyzed, it showed a 95% retention rate of the key learnings.

Context: The ILT's purpose was to familiarize learners with the best practices for transitioning into parenthood, while also offering general practices for overall well-being, both as an individual and within their partnerships. Antonetta created and presented the 60-minute lecture. To assess the retention of the key takeaways, the class was given a survey and an asynchronous knowledge check. The survey, conducted by the professor in the following class, gauged the learners' perception and understanding of the strategies discussed. The asynchronous knowledge check, created by Antonetta, was completed by students 1-3 weeks after the lecture.
