I’m a business-centered training and development leader with 15+ years of professional experience in leading purpose-driven programs and workforce optimization for complex business needs (internal and customer-facing). My leadership, training, and program development experience spans corporate leadership (Fortune 50), non-profit optimization, and community-based businesses.

My expertise lies in cross-functional program development, strategic business design, and instructional design/elearning. I partner with businesses to develop audience-friendly and scalable solutions that upskill and close knowledge gaps, both synchronous and asynchronous. I am dedicated to promoting collaboration and continuous learning through inclusive leadership and the creation of innovative platforms.
