Developed under tight timelines, this video was created to secure grant funding for the continued eDevelopment of a highly anticipated eLearning module within the flagship product. With only a voiceover, storyboard ideation notes, and the client’s brand elements provided, the video effectively communicates the module’s potential to key stakeholders. Designed for long-term use, the client plans to leverage this format for future grant and investor applications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across similar projects.

Micro-Learning Tutorial Samples (video)
These four eLearning tech tutorial samples include two with voiceover and two without.
Designed for: Staff (varying tech proficiency)
Purpose: Attain access certification
Series of micro-learning tutorials designed as an explainer and how-to reference hub. Videos were uploaded as an Articulate eLearning course. All videos were required to be watched prior to obtaining an internal certification that allowed users to access the system. These videos were used as both an introduction, refresher, and reference for users, depending on the needs of the individual.

Challenge: Provided screen recordings lacked time-stamping and clear mouse movements. Full voiceover was requested for all videos, but the ask was beyond budget and time constraints.
Solution: Tutorials were categorized by complexity—complex topics received voiceovers and full eDevelopment. Simpler tutorials did not have voice-over and required following along and reading. This approach significantly expedited development.
All videos included closed captioning and step-by-step instructions for clarity.

Challenge: No branded video intros, outros, or UX callout style guides. The existing style guide was outdated due to a brand overhaul.
Solution: Created new intros, outros, and UX elements based on proposed future guidelines. Used a high-contrast color palette to ensure accessibility and consistency.
