Context and Purpose
This asset serves as the first part of a three-part, 15-week development series aimed at new managers. The goal is to prepare them to lead effectively by focusing on key areas such as KPIs, compliance, and workplace culture. This synchronous, workshop-style training is designed to complement pre-completed self-assessments and is intended to be delivered in a classroom or virtual setting.

The asset is designed for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), either in-person or virtual. It includes extended group activities to foster discussion and interaction, as well as multiple engagement tools like QR scans, knowledge checks, and live polling. These strategies are intended to keep participants actively involved and reinforce learning objectives.

As part of a multi-phase effort to support newly promoted managers, this asset was developed to complement an eLearning module and mentorship program. The all-in-one job aid, created with HR subject matter experts, outlines five key questions managers should ask during one-on-ones, providing practical examples for fostering team growth and career development.
The asset package also includes a Trello board for team meeting management, featuring customizable templates for meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up tasks. Additionally, managers can download and personalize meeting templates for one-on-one, team, and department meetings, streamlining the management process.

The project encountered several key challenges:
Canva and Google Docs Design Limitations
Canva and Google Docs, the client’s preferred platforms, were inadequate for the required level of customization and asset handling.Client's Proficiency with Adobe Suite
The client’s unfamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro necessitated a more accessible solution.
To overcome these challenges, PowerPoint was utilized for the source document creation, offering a user-friendly and sustainable format for the client.
Additionally, the lack of a structured outline or general steps required comprehensive research and fully custom development. Extensive screenshot cleanup and digital refinement were employed to produce precise and clear guides, minimizing confusion and enhancing overall clarity.

Visio Process Flow

Designed in Visio and made interactive with Adobe Acrobat.
Context
This process flow was created for a public health accreditation company to simplify their multi-step customer enrollment process, which was previously communicated to affiliate instructors through an overwhelming and hyper-detailed email (8 typed pages). In addition to the Visio-based version, a simplified process flow without Visio signifiers was created for those unfamiliar with the software, ensuring accessibility for both headquarters and instructors.
The final assets featured clickable email templates, hyperlinked resources, and embedded checklists, making it easy for instructors to follow the process and manage legal documentation. This process aid greatly enhanced registration efficiency, mitigated risk, and improved communication between HQ and instructors.

Context
This form-fillable asset was designed to streamline the customization of WorldKind’s eLearning programs. Originally a complex Google form, Antonetta worked closely with the client to simplify the information from a new-user perspective. Key improvements included breaking the form into three clearly labeled steps, estimating time to completion, chunking information into easily digestible sections, and providing definitions and a module key for guidance. This all-in-one resource helps clients efficiently customize course content, structure, and delivery.
The final asset was a hyperlinked, user-friendly, and fully form-ready tool that significantly reduced complexity. Client reported an 80% faster completion rate compared to the previous version, noting its straightforwardness and ease of use.
