Purpose and Impact
The flagship product brochure for the Traveler Trainer PROgram (TTP) was created to introduce and explain the value of TTP to key decision-makers within university education abroad offices. The brochure’s primary purpose is to drive product discovery and attract new clients by showcasing the program's benefits. By shifting the messaging from academic research to practical university value and scalability, the brochure aims to convert university administrators into advocates for adopting TTP as their preferred pre-departure education solution.
Collaboration with business stakeholders was key to understanding and refining the storytelling and copy. Through this collaborative effort, the content was drilled down to ensure it was logical, clear, and concise. The solution involved adopting a strategic tone that emphasized broader business value, including risk mitigation and compliance, critical concerns for university administrators. The brochure’s design prioritized clarity, utilizing chunking and bulleting techniques to make the information more digestible for busy decision-makers.

The previous onboarding process was hindered by a cumbersome Google Form that confused clients and slowed down tech integration.
To resolve this, the process was optimized by mapping out the customer journey, breaking steps into actionable items, and developing a comprehensive guide that clients could complete at their own pace.
The guide was structured into three clear sections, each with estimated completion times and indicators for university-specific decisions. A module reference section was also added to help administrators tailor content to their needs.
Outcome:The revised guide has significantly improved the onboarding process, reducing complexity and enhancing client satisfaction. The focus on clarity, chunking, and simplified explanations has been instrumental in achieving these results.
